The Procedure Process
CoolTone® treatments generally take about 30 minutes, with optimal results achieved after four to eight sessions. After deciding which areas to treat in a consultation appointment, applicators are placed on your body. The machine then stimulates involuntary muscle contractions. The appropriate intensity level will depend on tolerance and other factors. You may feel muscle soreness a few hours after a treatment, but it should not limit you from continuing your day. Is there any downtime?
Because the CoolTone® procedure is completely non-surgical, it’s very easy to return to your normal activities after the treatment. When you have a CoolTone® treatment, you may be slightly sore for the remainder of the day, but should feel back to normal the following day.

How do I know if I'm a candidate?
